Re-imagining a thought-leading small business incubator for Regnerative Business owners

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jannine Barron for nearly a year now, and it’s been nothing short of transformative.

Jannine invited me into The Growth Experience, her signature incubator for regenerative business owners. It was a life-changing opportunity that not only helped me align my business with my values but also inspired me to focus on supporting change-making, purpose-driven businesses. The programme encouraged me to think deeply about the impact I wanted my business to have in the world.

In late 2024, Jannine asked me to contribute to some highly meaningful work—redesigning the 2025 Growth Experience page.

Redesigning the Vision for The Growth Experience

Jannine had big plans for the future of The Growth Experience. Her goal was to make the offer clear, approachable, and inspiring without being overly sales-focused. She wanted to gently invite business owners into a new way of thinking and encourage them to explore the programme on their terms.

The existing page, designed for the 2023–2024 cohort, had served its purpose but no longer reflected the refined experience she had developed throughout 2024.

Objectives for the Redesign

Jannine outlined several key goals for the project:

  • Improved Information Flow: Reorganise the page so key details were clear and easy to access.
  • Simplified Pricing Tiers: Present the tiers in a way that was both visually appealing and responsive across devices.
  • Updated Visuals: Incorporate fresh imagery that aligned with her new branding.
  • Enhanced Testimonials: Improve the layout and presentation of testimonials to better showcase participant experiences.
  • Stronger CTAs: Redesign calls-to-action to feel inviting yet polished, helping to increase conversions.
  • Polished Professional Look: Align the page with the boutique feel of Jannine’s business, capturing her personality—vibrant, wise, and grounded.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure the page looked and performed perfectly across all devices.

Beyond the Page: Supporting Content Creation

In addition to redesigning the Growth Experience page, we collaborated on a suite of supporting content to build momentum and drive interest in the programme. This included:

  • Testimonial carousels for LinkedIn.
  • A testimonial video that captured the emotional and transformative impact of the programme.
  • A series of email newsletters to nurture her audience.
  • LinkedIn posts to promote the 2025 cohort with authenticity and clarity

Outcomes and Impact

The results exceeded expectations. The redesigned page now perfectly reflects the boutique and transformative nature of The Growth Experience. Jannine was delighted with how her vision came to life.
